As Vice President Level 2 at EXL, I lead HR technology, AI transformation, and HR shared services with a focus on advancing digital HR operations. With over a year in this role, I collaborate with teams to implement forward-thinking strategies that align technology with human resources, optimizing processes and driving innovative solutions.

With more than 18 years at EXL, I have contributed to digital HR transformations and the delivery of effective, cost-efficient solutions aimed at enhancing employee experiences. My expertise in HR technology and AI tools supports the mission to deliver seamless operations and impactful results for the organization.

My current focus spans Oracle HCM Implementation, embedding AI in the flow of work, and building AI solutions through Microsoft Copilot. Prior to this role, I served as VP – Head of Digital HR Operations and HR Transformation at EXL for over six years, delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions to enhance employee experience.

My career milestones include serving as AVP at Deutsche Bank (Jaipur), leading end-to-end Reporting & Analytics — HR MI data strategy, predictive modeling, and Cognos self-service enablement — and as a Process Analyst at Accenture (Bengaluru) in HR Shared Services. My career began in 2001 at Genpact, processing insurance policies for a US client in Long Term Care.
